ImVisioN Therapeutics AG was incorporated in Muttenz, Switzerland in August 2008 when it also acquired ImVisioN GmbH, which had originally been founded in January 2005 in Hanover, Germany.
In September 2008 the Company closed a Series A financing round of CHF 4.6 Million, which was led by Aravis Venture Associates AG.
Founding investor Nextech Venture and private individuals also participated in this financing round. Since its inception, the Company raised a total of € 8.5 Million.
